With remote work and online traffic rising sharply over recent weeks, we have scheduled a maintenance window for Saturday, May 23rd, 2020, between 2:00AM and 6:00AM EDT to proactively expand our edge capacity. Our team will be provisioning additional Tier-1 bandwidth and bringing a second uplink circuit fully into rotation to ensure headroom for the increased demand our customers are experiencing.
Because this work takes advantage of our network's redundancy and resiliency, no further action is required on your part. The most you should witness are brief periods of increased latency and/or packet loss while routes converge across the expanded circuits.
