Our upstream provider has notified us of scheduled fiber circuit maintenance affecting one of our transit paths on Monday, September 28th, 2020, between 6:00PM and 7:00PM EDT. During this window traffic will be rerouted over our redundant circuits while the maintenance is carried out.
Because this work takes advantage of our network's redundancy, services are expected to remain fully online. The most you should witness are brief periods of increased latency and/or packet loss as routing shifts to our secondary path. No further action is required on your part.
