As we close out the year, we have scheduled an extended maintenance window for Monday, December 14th, 2020, between 12:00AM and 6:00AM EST to complete our year-end hardware refresh. Our team will be retiring older nodes and bringing newer servers featuring faster CPUs, ECC RAM, and enterprise RAID SSD storage into production, alongside the usual round of CloudLinux and DirectAdmin updates.
Affected accounts will be migrated to the refreshed hardware with their data intact, and this work takes advantage of our network's redundancy and resiliency. The most you should witness are potential brief periods of increased latency and/or packet loss during cutover, and no further action is required on your part.
