Following the official release of PHP 8.3 on November 23rd, 2023, we are pleased to announce that PHP 8.3 is now available across our hosting platform. PHP 8.3 brings notable performance improvements, typed class constants, and a range of new language features. Customers may switch to PHP 8.3 at any time through the Select PHP Version tool in DirectAdmin.
To finalize availability across all nodes, we have scheduled a brief maintenance window for the early morning hours of Monday, December 4th, 2023, between 2:00AM and 5:00AM EST, during which the new runtime will be enabled fleet-wide. This work takes advantage of our network's redundancy, and no further action is required on your part. The most you should witness are potential brief periods of increased latency.
