We will be performing routine maintenance on a portion of our shared and reseller infrastructure during the window of 2:00AM to 6:00AM EST on Saturday, January 13th, 2024. This cycle includes operating system package updates and the first phase of our move to standardize our fleet on AlmaLinux 9, which provides a longer, more predictable support lifecycle for the platforms your sites depend on.
This work takes advantage of our network's redundancy and resiliency, so for the vast majority of accounts no further action is required on your part. Affected servers may be rebooted once during the window; the most you should witness are potential brief periods of increased latency and/or packet loss as services cycle.
