Our first scheduled maintenance of the new year will take place on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026, from 2:00AM to 6:00AM EST. During this window we will be updating Tier-1 upstream routing configurations and refreshing border firmware on our fiber circuits to improve network stability and throughput.
This work takes advantage of our network's redundancy and resiliency, so no further action is required on your part. The most you should notice are potential brief periods of increased latency and/or packet loss during route convergence.
